KOTA USA brings state-of-the-art body composition testing to YOU. We use equipment and technology previously only available to elite organizations and universities. We can set up in minutes and provide the most accurate composition testing available in less than 45 seconds. While there are a number of different options available for body compostion testing from dunk tanks to Bod Pod to DEXA, none compare to the combination of accuracy, simplicity and ease of the InBody. Here are three ways we set ourselves apart:

  1. Expert coaches to educate you and help you interpret and turn your results into... results!
  2. We can conveniently set up inside the size of a small cubicle. But this cubicle is actually fun! No creepy vans!
  3. The test only takes 44 seconds (compared to 15-30 minutes!).

WHAT DOES A RESULTS SHEET LOOK LIKE?

 

The simple one page results sheet clearly lays out all the critical information you need to make educated adjustments to your training and habits to ensure they match your goals. 

  • See Skeletal Muscle mass broken out by limb and trunk to ensure you are balanced top to bottom. As well, we can see if you are compensating from one side to the other (common after injuries or strains). 
  • See Extracellular Water compared to total body water - this allows us to see if you are carry extra "water weight" such as inflammation 
  • Visceral Fat is a direct indicator of health and risk for major diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.

As you can see there is much more information listed on the results page that we will go over with you in detail and answer ALL of your questions. 

As you continue to test, the page shows trend lines at the bottom so you can ensure your training and habits are yielding you the results you desire!  We recommend testing every 1-3 months depending on your goals.
